We had our first meal in Luxor here and only regretted for not having our meals here everyday. The service is exceptional, really friendly staff, attentive to details. He saw my partner enjoyed the pita bread and offer more. Grilled meat is delicious, the Tagine is so rich in taste! The rest of the days we went to other popular restaurants with high ratings. None of them were able to provide such great service. We will come back here again in the future.
Went on 21 Jan 2026 with a friend early evening. I had a beef tagine my friend vegetable tagine both excellent the beef was the best I have tried in two weeks. Real softly cooked. The lentil and onion soups were good. Also a houmous and a baba ganoush so stuffed full of garlic and soft the best tasted ever. So a really enjoyable mesl
Note for indian vegetarians: The vegetable fried rice has egg. So, you have to mention upfront if you need to avoid egg.
Had our lunch here during our visit to luxor. The vegetarian fried rice was authentic and nice. The classic egyptian salad was great and my husband ordered chicken shwarma which he said was okay. Overall a good experience. However price wise it’s a bit over priced. For two people it costed us roughly 700-800 EGP. Since it’s very close to our hotel we can visit again.
To ne honest I was so dissappointed with the food they serve. I got kofta but there was some bone parts of meat inside and it was not delicious at all. Also, we got chicken supreme, and some egytian dinner. There were also like 5 out of 10. However, atmoshpere is good. Still, they Dont deserve these prices at all.
We are here twice in a 3 day stay in Luxor. Our hotel was right around the corner so it was super convenient for us. Cute place with AC, pretty extensive menu and beer and wine. The tagine was excellent. Mark got the half grilled chicken twice (it was oddly different each time but both delicious) I also had the meatballs in tomato sauce. Price was really reasonable and the people who work there are delightful. We came during off hours so service was a bit slow,, but this also means that everything is freshly made to order.
Nice place. We sat in non-smoking room. Quiet and atmospheric. Wifi worked for the first 15 min, than vanished. Food was good, plates are big enough to split 1 for 2 kids 10-12 y.o. Milkshakes here were the tastiest of all the Egypt) Prices were decent. Recommending.
This is a hidden gem. Very close to Luxor corniche, situated in front of Bankque Misr, this place is highly recommended. We ordered Sheesh tawouk, Chicken Shawarma and grilled fish. Everything was delicious and fresh.. Including the arabic bread !!
